Frankfurt 7 by MatthiasHaltenhof Frankfurt 7 by MatthiasHaltenhof
The second image of the Westend Tower. It was the last image I was able to take here, since I was approached by a security guard of the building. He said that the management doesn't like photographers on their property, but was very friendly and after a little talk he allowed me to finish off this exposure.

Wow, cool dramatic shot! I'm wondering that is it normal to get such a depth of field with f5.6 but I might just not have tried it. :D

When you do your black and white conversion do you apply a red filter to black out the sky? These all look incredible, I'm in love with your architecture shots! haha

Great angle; but I'm curious: why F/5.6? ...is the ND filter so dark? are you using more than one?. Excuse me if I'm making too many questions. Regards.

thank you. I had to use 5.6 because I used two ND filters, a 10 stop and a 6 stop. If I do longer exposures than 6 minutes, the noise literally explodes. The good thing is: at F/5.6 my 10-22 is just brilliant. And exposures around 5 minutes is what I aim for. If you want to know more, don't hesitate to ask.
